Refunds Policy

• Rate Plan Governs Refund Eligibility
  Refund eligibility is determined solely by the rate plan selected by the guest at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the selected rate.

• Non-Refundable Rate Plans
  Reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, modification, reduction in stay, early departure, failure to check in (no-show), or unused services, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

• Flexible Cancellation Rate Plans
  Reservations made under a Flexible Cancellation Rate shall be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is received within the applicable cancellation period specified at the time of booking. Any cancellation received after the expiry of the applicable cancellation window shall not be eligible for a refund.

• Refund Processing
  Where a refund is due in accordance with the applicable rate terms, Tiverton Bungalow will provide the guest with a Refund Preference Form to obtain the necessary information and the guest's preferred refund method. Refund processing shall commence only upon receipt of the duly completed form and any supporting information requested.

• Refund Timeline
  Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days from the date on which Tiverton Bungalow receives the completed Refund Preference Form and all required information. The time taken for the refunded amount to be credited to the guest's account is subject to the processing timelines of the relevant bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution, over which Tiverton Bungalow has no control and assumes no liability.

• Right to Verify
  Tiverton Bungalow reserves the right to verify the identity of the guest, the payment method used, and any other information reasonably required before processing a refund. Refunds may be withheld until such verification has been satisfactorily completed.

• Statutory Rights
  Nothing contained in this Refund Policy shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to guests under applicable laws. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and mandatory provisions of applicable law, the latter shall prevail.
